Rosie is a beautiful red cow with a bold presence and plenty of personality. With her background as a show girl, she is well-accustomed to people and has a calm, approachable temperament — making her one of the best opportunities for guests to lay hands on a full-size Highland.

We are especially excited for Rosie's future as a mother here at Rohloff Ranch. She is expecting her first calf with us in October 2025, and we are confident she will step naturally into the role of a dedicated, protective dam.

Rosie combines the best of both worlds: a strong personality with the grace and gentleness needed to represent the Highland breed in both the pasture and our visitor experiences.

Strawberry is a striking red cow and one of the true foundations of our herd. She holds a special place at Rohloff Ranch as the dam of our very first calf — a milestone that marked the beginning of our journey with Highlands.

A natural matriarch, Strawberry carries herself with strength and authority. She is known for her fierce personality and prefers to simply be a cow, which means she isn't typically part of our hands-on farm tours. Still, her presence is undeniable, and her dedication as a mother sets a standard for the fold.

Valentina is a striking golden-yellow cow and a standout in our herd. She is especially notable for carrying a copy of the NT821 double-muscle gene — a rare trait that we are actively studying and documenting.
